Background
Before joining Krigel, Nugent + Moore, Sean worked at two nationally-recognized litigation boutique firms. Sean has prosecuted complex cases ranging from nationwide class action cases to the largest mass torts in the country’s history.
Sean has appeared before the JPML (Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation) and prosecuted numerous nation-wide cases. Sean has successfully brought claims against some of the largest companies in the country. In recognition of these accomplishments, Sean has been consistently rated as a Super Lawyer. Sean is licensed in Missouri and Kansas, and has been admitted to courts across the country, including multiple federal appellate courts.
Sean graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2013. In law school, Sean was a member of the law review, received multiple CALI Excellence for the Future Awards, and graduated in the top 15% of his class.
Before attending law school, Sean received a Master’s degree in English and taught writing as part of his program. Sean leverages this writing background in his practice to ensure his clients’ story is always effectively captured and communicated.
Sean is an active member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, including Student Law Academy and the Business Litigation committee.
Outside of work, Sean enjoys spending time with his family and playing tennis. Sean played tennis at Truman State University, posting one of the winningest records in school history.
