Background
Sammi is a Kansas City native who attended undergrad at the University of Missouri, Kansas City, and then the University of Miami, Florida for law school. Since graduating cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, Sammi returned to Kansas City and focuses on family law litigation including custody, divorce, child support, pre/post-nuptial agreements, modification actions, paternity actions, and appellate work. Additionally, Sammi is a certified family law mediator with the Supreme Court of Missouri. Sammi is licensed to practice law in both Missouri and Kansas and maintains good standing with the Florida Bar.
Sammi has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star every year since 2021. She currently serves as a board member for the Midwest Center for Holocaust Education, and previously served on the boards of the Young Lawyer Section of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, and the Young Lawyers Section of the Missouri Bar as a representative of District 3.
